When a horse strains or injures the soft tissue of the lower limb, the weeks that follow do more to determine the outcome than the injury itself. The Iconoclast® Rehabilitation Boot is built for exactly that window — a working recovery boot that supports damaged tendons and ligaments while your horse heals.
How it works
At the heart of the boot is the patented Ortho-Wedge®, a soft, ergonomically shaped insert that sits against the back of the fetlock joint and the upper pastern. It adds vertical support to the tendons and ligaments of the leg, taking load off tissue that isn't ready to carry it.
The patented Double Sling® Straps hold that wedge exactly where it belongs. Rather than pulling in one direction, they distribute balanced support through a full 360 degrees around the limb — stabilizing the sesamoidal region and limiting both hyperextension and over-flexion.
Used as directed and alongside your veterinarian's treatment plan, the boot is designed to support the leg through recovery and encourage healthier tissue repair.
